Day 20 (Dec. 12)

If you didn't do it yesterday, seek to restore a broken relationship with someone today.



"Therefore if you are presenting your offering at the altar, and there remember that your brother has something against you, leave your offering there before the altar and go; first be reconciled to your brother, and then come and present your offering."

Day 19 (Dec. 11)

Take the first steps toward being more genuine with other believers, and make it a point to be reconciled with anyone you currently have a "feud" with.



"If possible, so far as it depends on you, be at peace with all men."
- Romans 12:18

Day 18 (Dec. 10)

Today, try to think of a way to increase your involvement in your local church - keep in mind what abilities God has given you.



"There is one body and one Spirit, just as also you were called in one hope of your calling"
- Ephesians 4:4

Day 17 (Dec. 9)

Call, e-mail, or in some other way contact a believer you either haven't spoken with for a while or have never spoken with at all. Strive to begin a relationship with this person.


"If I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but do not have love, I have become a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal."

Day 16 (Dec. 8)

Write out your Christian family tree, using several believers you can think of (your true Christian family tree would contain every Christian, but we of course can't do that).



"I am no longer in the world; and yet they themselves are in the world, and I come to You Holy Father, keep them in Your name, the name which You have given Me, that they may be one even as We are."

Day 15 (Dec. 5)

Verbally encourage a fellow believer today.


"Therefore encourage one another and build up one another, just as you also are doing."
- 1 Thessalonians 5:11

Day 14 (Dec. 4)

Any moment you feel distant from God today or weighed down by the world, stop and meditate on Isaiah 41:10.


"'Do not fear, for I am with you; Do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, surely I will help you, Surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.'"
